By downloading, installing, or playing Rectangle Madness VR, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the software.
Age: You must meet the minimum age requirement of your VR platform (Meta). This game is not intended for children under 13.
Physical Safety: You acknowledge that VR gameplay requires physical movement. You agree to maintain a clear "play area" and that Maxplayztv Studios is not responsible for any physical injuries or property damage incurred while playing.
Because Rectangle Madness VR allows real-time interaction, you agree not to:
Harass others: Use the microphone to broadcast hate speech, threats, or sexually explicit content.
Cheat: Use exploits, mods, or third-party software to gain an unfair advantage.
Impersonate: Pretend to be a developer or another player for malicious reasons.
Disrupt: Intentionally interfere with the enjoyment of other players (griefing).
Note: We reserve the right to ban or suspend your access to multiplayer features for any violation of these conduct rules without a refund.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to play the game for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not decompile, reverse engineer, or sell the game’s assets.
The game requires microphone access for its core multiplayer functionality. By using the voice chat feature, you understand that your voice is being transmitted to other players in real-time. You are responsible for the content of your transmissions.
If the game allows for custom rectangle skins, names, or room titles, you grant us a royalty-free license to display that content to other players. You represent that your content does not violate any third-party copyrights.
Rectangle Madness VR is provided "as is." We do not guarantee that the multiplayer servers will be available 100% of the time or that the game will be bug-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Maxplayztv Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the game.
We may update these terms as the game evolves. Continued use of the game after an update constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
