Benefits of studying abroad on your program
Recruit early and continuously: When applications for your program open, start recruiting!
Recruitment and marketing of the program should not begin until all the needed revisions have been submitted.
Come to the annual Education Abroad Fair: The Education Abroad Fair occurs every October; there is one on the Kennesaw campus and one on the Marietta campus.
Secure a table around campus during high traffic times (11 am-1 pm)
Maintain interest: To maintain students’ interest and necessary minimum number of participants, update students often via email. Email students with new, exciting details of the program, past student testimonies, how the program fits into their academic plan, informing them of organized promotional events, etc.
Many internal scholarships close in December: Recruit before scholarship deadlines, so students can apply for them!
