Hi There,

I'm Harish Boddu, currently working for Wenger & Watson Inc, Bengaluru, KA India. Currently involved in Corporate Recruitment (RPO) for various clients in Bengaluru.

My core objective is to become a Professional Recruiter irrespective of industries, skills, geographies and demographics

I have got around 7 years of strong experience into Multinational Hiring, gained experience into IT & Non-IT, Semiconductor, Embedded, technical and functional hiring and involved in both on-site and offshore model of hiring.

• Creating Recruiting Strategy based on the observations made on client and industry
• Stake holder management (Meeting Hiring Managers, Group Directors, High Level Technical Team)
• Sourcing Strategies and finding the new avenues to source the relevant and matching profiles to the jobs
• ATS Management (Till now gained experience with Talent Recruit, JobDiva, BullHorn etc)
• On-Site / Off-shore model hiring
• Involving technical discussions with the Technical People to make the recruitment smooth
• Client engagement with strong emphasis on on-time delivery

Coming to my qualifications, I did MBA (Human Resources) from JNTU Kakinada, BBA (Marketing) from Andhra University. During my college days I involved in variety of Management Events and won prizes and the accolades from the Professors and Chief guests.

My hobbies are Riding, Watching TV, Knowing about histories etc.
