Resonancia Éter ("we", "our", or "us") built RE Creator as a paid application. This page is used to inform visitors regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information.
INFORMATION WE COLLECT
RE Creator accesses the following device sensors and data solely to generate unique mandala artwork:
Camera: to capture photos used as the basis for mandala generation
Microphone: to capture ambient sound levels and voice input for Voice Mandala feature
Location (GPS): to obtain geographic coordinates and altitude data
Motion sensors: accelerometer, gyroscope, and magnetometer readings
Barometric pressure
Device brightness and proximity sensor
Battery level
Compass heading
Device temperature and humidity (obtained via third-party weather service, see Section 4)
HOW WE USE YOUR DATA
All sensor data collected by RE Creator is processed on your device. This data is used exclusively to generate unique mandala artwork based on your environmental conditions at the moment of capture.
We do NOT:
Share any personal data with third parties for advertising, analytics, or tracking purposes
Use any data for advertising or tracking purposes
Create user profiles or accounts
Store any personal data on our servers
DATA STORAGE
All data (photos, mandalas, sensor readings, and metadata) is stored locally on your device. When you use the encrypted sharing feature, files are protected with AES-GCM password encryption before being shared.
THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
RE Creator uses the Open-Meteo API (https://open-meteo.com) to obtain real-time temperature and humidity data for your location. When this request is made, your device's geographic coordinates (latitude and longitude) are sent to Open-Meteo's servers. This data is used solely to enrich the sensor information used in mandala generation. Open-Meteo is a free, open-source weather API. You can review their privacy practices at https://open-meteo.com/en/terms.
RE Creator does not integrate any analytics, advertising, or tracking services.
CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
RE Creator does not knowingly collect any personal information from children. The app is rated 4+ and is suitable for all ages.
DATA DELETION
Since all data is stored locally on your device, you can delete all RE Creator data by deleting the app from your device. No personal data is retained on any server.
CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
