Delete Your RecordRadio Account and Data

You can request deletion of your RecordRadio profile and associated data.
Option 1: Delete your profile inside RecordRadio
1. Open RecordRadio.
2. Open Settings.
3. Open Account.
4. Select Delete RecordRadio profile.
5. Review the information shown.
6. Confirm the deletion request.
Option 2: Request deletion by email
Send an email to:
master.studio2026@hotmail.com
Use this subject:
RecordRadio account deletion request
Include:
- the Google account email address used with RecordRadio;
- a statement confirming that you want your RecordRadio profile deleted;
- whether you also want available RecordRadio support records deleted.
Example email:
Subject: RecordRadio account deletion request
Hello MasterStudio,
Please delete my RecordRadio profile and the associated data controlled by MasterStudio.
Google account email used with RecordRadio:
your-email@example.com
I understand that this request does not delete my Google account or Microsoft account.

What will be deleted
Where applicable, MasterStudio will delete data controlled by MasterStudio that is associated with the RecordRadio profile, including:
- profile linkage information;
- stored account identifiers;
- synchronization metadata;
- selected OneDrive connection metadata;
- support data that is no longer required;
- other account-related information controlled by MasterStudio.
What may not be deleted automatically
The following may require separate deletion by the user:
- recordings stored locally on the Android device;
- original recording backups stored locally;
- files stored in Microsoft OneDrive;
- the user’s Google account;
- the user’s Microsoft account;
- information retained when legally required for security, fraud prevention, accounting, or compliance.
To delete local RecordRadio files, use RecordRadio’s delete functions, clear the application storage, delete the files using Android file management, or uninstall the application.
To delete OneDrive files, open Microsoft OneDrive and delete the applicable files or folders.
Processing time
Deletion requests will normally be processed within 30 days after the request has been verified.
