What Should I Wear to My Appointment?

If you are attending the clinic for a lower limb injury, please wear or bring shorts to change into, so the assessment and treatment can be fully completed. Alternatively, tracksuit bottoms that can be rolled up. Please also wear suitable footwear, such as trainers.

If you are attending for an upper limb injury, you may be asked to take off your top to be assessed fully.

If you are attending for a back assessment or massage, you will be expected to take your top off. For females, please wear a bra rather than a sports bra.

Can I Leave a Review?

We aim to provide a high quality service and are very interested in hearing any constructive comments you may have.

We encourage all clients to leave a review after receiving treatment from the Re-Coop Rehabilitation team.

Cancellations

Please always inform us in advance if you cannot attend your appointment.

We understand you may feel better, or not need treatment, or something else has cropped up and we are happy to rearrange appointments. But please let us know.

If you fail to attend your appointment without giving us prior notice, you may be subject to paying half of the consultation fee to cover some of our losses, this will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. We will get in touch with you if you miss an appointment.

Please note that 3 cancellations giving RRSM less than 48 hours' notice may incur a charge.

We try to ensure that information is kept up to date, accurate, and accessible when it is needed. Inaccurate or outdated information can make it more difficult for us to provide you the most suitable treatment for your needs.

Your have a right to expect us to handle your data in a safe and secure manner to comply with legal responsibilities and professional duties.

We keep all personal data in accordance with GDPR and ICO Data Protection policies.

Violent and Abusive Clients

The clinic has a zero tolerance policy to violence and abuse towards our staff.

We have a duty of care to treat you in a safe environment and appreciate your commitment to this.
