If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy to make your shopping experience worry-free. - Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
- Clearance items, accessories, and undergarments are not eligible for return or exchange.

- Provide your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.
- Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions for returning the item(s).
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of your item(s).
- Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment once the returned item(s) are received and inspected.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested exchange item is not available, a refund will be issued instead.
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately upon receipt.
- Provide photos of the damaged or defective item(s) and our customer service team will assist you with a replacement or refund.
- Items purchased online can also be returned or exchanged in person at any of our physical store locations. Please bring your original receipt or packing slip.
- If you received an item as a gift and would like to return or exchange it, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
- Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are damaged or defective.
- During the holiday season, purchases made between [Start Date, TBD] and [End Date, TBD] are eligible for return or exchange until [Extended Return Deadline Date TBD].
RecoFist clothing reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above criteria or are returned without a Return Authorization (RA) number.
