These Terms of Use apply to the Recipto AI mobile app (“Service”). By using the app, you agree to these terms.
Recipto AI is provided for personal expense and receipt management use only.
You agree to use the app in a lawful and proper way and not misuse or attempt to break the app.
The app works without login or account.
You are fully responsible for your locally stored data and backups.
AI features like receipt scanning and insights try to be accurate but are not guaranteed to be perfect.
AI Data Processing
When you choose to use AI features, certain receipt related data will be transmitted to OpenAI, L.L.C. for processing in order to generate responses. By using AI features, you consent to this processing as described in the Privacy Policy.
You agree that:
Extracted values may sometimes be wrong
You must verify important financial data
AI insights are informational only
They are not professional financial or tax advice.
All your receipts and records are stored on your device.
We are not responsible for:
Data loss due to device damage
App deletion
Storage clearing
System reset
Use export features to keep backups.
Some features require a paid subscription.
Billing is handled by Apple or Google
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
Cancellation must be done through the app store account
Refunds are handled only by the app store, not by us.
The free version may show ads. We are not responsible for third party ad content.
All app design, features, branding, and code belong to Recipto AI and its licensors. You may not copy or resell the app or its parts.
We are not liable for:
Financial decisions made using the app
Incorrect AI extraction
Missed reminders
Data loss
Indirect or incidental damages
You use the app at your own risk.
We may update, change, or remove features at any time without prior notice.
We may restrict app access if the app is misused or abused.
We may update these Terms in the future. Continued use of the app means you accept the updated terms.
