Your device (e.g. iPhone 15, iOS 18)
App version (Settings / About in the app, if available—or say “latest from App Store”)
Screenshots if something looks wrong
I can’t sign in
Sign-in uses Google. Check that you’re online, Google sign-in completes in the browser sheet, and you’re using a supported iOS version. Try closing and reopening the app, or reinstalling from the App Store.
My recipes or favorites look wrong or out of date
Pull to refresh on the main lists. If something still doesn’t match, email us with your account email (the one you use with Google) and a short description.
I want to change my name
Open Profile, edit your display name, and save.
Notifications / Activity
Activity shows when someone favorites your recipe. If Realtime is enabled on the backend, updates may appear live; otherwise try refreshing or revisiting the tab.
