By downloading or using Recipe Finder (the “App”), you agree to these Terms. If you obtained the App via the Apple App Store, Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) also applies. If these Terms conflict with Apple’s EULA, the EULA controls where required by Apple.
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable, limited license to use the App on iOS devices you own or control, per the EULA. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell, lease, or create derivative works of the App.

Receive recipe suggestions (starter, main, dessert).
View recipe details including difficulty level and cooking time.
Free users see up to 4 recipe results per search.
Pro mode unlocks filters (difficulty, type) and 900+ recipes.
Abuse (automation, bot use, scraping, or bypassing limits) may result in suspension.

Prices are set by Apple and may vary by region/taxes.
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled ≥24h before the period ends. Charges post to your Apple ID. Manage/cancel in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
Any free trial or intro offer (if shown) converts to a paid plan unless cancelled on time.
Refunds: handled by Apple per App Store policy. We do not issue refunds directly.
You are responsible for the accuracy of ingredients you input. We do not collect, store, or share your entries. Recipes shown are for inspiration only; always check dietary needs, allergens, and food safety before cooking.
Do not use the App to:
Violate laws or third-party rights (e.g., copy recipes without rights).
Share or distribute harmful, illegal, or malicious content/software.
Attempt to bypass technical limits or disrupt services.
All App code, design, recipe database, and branding are our IP or our licensors’. All rights reserved.
We may update features, pricing, or these Terms. Material changes apply prospectively and will be reflected in the App or this page. We may suspend or terminate the App (or your access) for misuse, legal, or security reasons.
You may stop using the App at any time. We may terminate or suspend your license for breach. Sections intended to survive (e.g., IP, disclaimers, liability limits) remain in effect.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties (merchantability, fitness, non-infringement). We are not responsible for:
Food allergies or dietary restrictions.
Cooking errors, food safety, or outcomes.
Indirect or consequential damages.
Our total liability is capped at the amount you paid to us for the App in the 12 months before the claim (excluding Apple’s fees/taxes).
Apple is not responsible for maintenance/support beyond what the EULA provides. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
The App is not intended for children under 13. If you are in the EEA/UK, you must be 16+ (or have parental consent under local law). You agree to comply with applicable export/sanctions rules.
Laws of your country of residence apply unless mandatory local law states otherwise. Courts with jurisdiction at your residence handle disputes.

We do not collect, store, or sell personal data from the App.
Ingredient entries remain on your device.
No account is required.
No names, emails, or identifiers.
No analytics, advertising IDs, or crash reports from us.
Ingredients are processed locally to generate recipe results.
If you choose to share recipes externally (screenshots, links), that is your choice; third-party services’ policies apply.
We do not upload or store your data on our servers.
Purchases and subscriptions run through Apple. Apple may process payment, receipts, region, and tax information under Apple’s privacy policies.
We may see non-identifying purchase status (e.g., active/inactive) to unlock features; we don’t receive your card or billing details.
If you’ve opted-in at the system level, Apple may send aggregated crash/diagnostic data. We don’t configure custom analytics and don’t attempt to re-identify users from Apple’s reports.
We don’t target children under 13. In the EEA/UK, the App is for users 16+ unless parental consent is valid under local law.
All processing happens on-device. Protect your device with passcode/biometrics. We cannot access your local data.
We retain no personal data. Ingredients remain on your device until you delete them.
We don’t transfer personal data internationally because we don’t collect it.
Where applicable (e.g., GDPR/UK GDPR), you may have rights to access/erasure, etc. Since we don’t hold your personal data, there is typically nothing to act on. For App Store purchases or Apple data, contact Apple.
We may update this Policy. We’ll update the “Effective” date and reflect changes in-app or on the listing. Material changes apply going forward.
