This Privacy Policy explains how Recharge Reminder (“the App”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, stores, and shares information. By installing or using the App, you agree to this policy.
Recharge Reminder helps you save phone numbers, track recharge due dates, and receive reminder alerts.
Phone numbers, names, notes, reminder dates, and recharge history are stored on your device. We do not operate an account system and we do not upload that content to our own servers.
The App uses Google Firebase (Analytics, Crashlytics, Cloud Messaging, Remote Config) and Unity Ads. Those providers may collect device and advertising data as described below.
The App shows advertisements. Ads may use your Advertising ID and other device data to measure and, where allowed, personalize ads.
You may enter or import the following information:
Contact name / display name
Phone number
Optional note
Category (for example, Personal, Business, Loved Ones)
Recharge due date and reminder schedule
Recharge amount and related history you record in the App
This information is saved locally on your device using on-device storage.
We do not sell this information. We do not send your saved phone numbers, names, notes, or recharge history to Unity Ads, Firebase Analytics, or Crashlytics as advertising or analytics content.
If you choose “Select from Contacts,” the App requests permission to read contacts.
We only copy the name and phone number you select, and we store that copy on your device. We do not upload your full address book.
You can deny contact permission and still type a phone number manually.
When the App has internet access, our service providers may collect:
Device identifiers, including Android Advertising ID
IP address
Device model
Operating system version
Language
Time zone
Similar technical information
App version
Crash logs, stack traces, and diagnostic data
Approximate diagnostics around ads, such as ad format, placement name, load/show/click/failure result
Firebase Cloud Messaging token, used to deliver push notifications
App usage events, such as app opens, screen views, and ad events
We do not collect precise GPS location.

Send local and/or push notifications about recharge due dates and important App messages
Check for required App updates using Firebase Remote Config
Measure App reliability and crashes using Firebase Crashlytics
Measure App usage and advertising performance using Firebase Analytics
Show banner and interstitial advertisements using Unity Ads
Comply with applicable law and enforce our terms and policies
We do not use your saved phone numbers or recharge notes to target advertisements.
The App displays advertisements from Unity Ads (Unity Technologies).
On a production release build, the App requests live advertisements. Debug builds do not serve live ads.
Unity and its partners may collect and process device and advertising data, including:
Advertising ID
IP address
Device information
Ad interaction data
This information may be used to:
Serve and measure advertisements
Limit how often you see the same advertisement
Detect fraud and invalid traffic
Personalize advertisements where permitted by law and your device settings
You can manage your advertising preferences through Android settings:
Open Settings → Google → Ads.
(The wording may vary depending on your device.)
Reset your Advertising ID, and/or
Opt out of Ads Personalization / disable Ads Personalization.
If you opt out, you may still see advertisements, but they should be less personalized.

Google Privacy Information:
Analytics and Crashlytics events relating to advertisements typically include technical fields such as ad format, placement ID, and result (for example, loaded, shown, clicked, or failed).
These events are not intended to include your saved contact names or phone numbers.
We share information only as follows:

Legal requirements: If required by law, regulation, or valid legal process

We do not sell your saved phone numbers, names, notes, or recharge history.
We do not share that on-device content with advertisers.
Advertising and analytics partners may receive device and advertising identifiers as part of showing and measuring advertisements. This is advertising-related processing and is not a sale of your contact list.
Numbers, reminders, and recharge history remain on your device until you:
Delete them in the App; or
Uninstall the App.
Uninstalling the App deletes the App's local storage, subject to how your device handles backups or restored application data.
Firebase and Unity data is retained according to those providers' applicable policies and our configuration.
Crash and analytics data is kept only as needed for debugging, stability, and measuring the App and advertisements.
We use reasonable technical measures appropriate for a mobile application.
Local data is stored in the App's private storage on your device.
However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure. You should keep your device locked, updated, and protected with appropriate security measures.
The App is not directed to children under 13, or the equivalent minimum age in your country.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App, please contact us. We will take appropriate steps, including deleting local data where applicable and reviewing third-party processing where we reasonably can.
The App is intended for a general audience of adults managing prepaid or postpaid recharge reminders.
Firebase and Unity may process data on servers outside your country, including in the United States and other locations.
Where required, those providers use contractual and other safeguards described in their respective privacy policies.
Depending on your location, including where applicable under the GDPR, UK GDPR, or similar laws, you may have rights to:
Access your personal information
Correct inaccurate information
Delete information
Restrict certain processing
Object to certain processing

You can edit or delete saved numbers and history in the App.
You can uninstall the App to remove local App data.
You can revoke Contacts and Notifications permissions through Android Settings.
You can reset or opt out of the Advertising ID as described in Section 4.
For Firebase or Unity data that we do not store ourselves, we may need to direct you to those providers or assist where reasonably possible.
