Google’s Refresh Outdated Content guidance explains how to request an update when deleted content still appears in results. Submit the affected page URL through the linked refresh tool and track the request status.
Follow Google’s image-specific instructions: copy the image thumbnail’s link address in Google Images and use the image option in the refresh tool. Check web results and image results separately.
