Recence does not collect, transmit, sell, or share personal data.
- Note contents: Read only from the folder you select (your Recence folder in iCloud Drive). Processed locally on your device.
- AI Search: Runs on-device. Note contents are never sent to third-party AI services.
- Inbox drafts: Saved as Markdown files to your selected Recence folder only.
- Face ID / Touch ID / Passcode: Handled entirely by iOS. Recence does not access biometric data.
- Local notifications: Scheduled only when you enable review reminders. No remote push notifications.
- Analytics / crash reporting: Not used. No data is sent to our servers.

Recence Exporter does not collect, transmit, sell, or share personal data.
- Vault contents: Reads only from the folder you select via the file picker. All processing happens locally on your Mac.
- Export output: Writes converted data to the output folder you select. When placed in iCloud Drive, data syncs through Apple's infrastructure — Recence Exporter does not operate its own server.
- No network access: Recence Exporter makes no network requests. All conversion runs entirely on your device.
- Analytics / crash reporting: Not used. No data is sent to our servers.

- ノート内容: ユーザーが選択したフォルダ（iCloud Drive上のRecenceフォルダ）からのみ読み込み、端末内で処理します。
- AI検索: 端末内で動作します。ノート本文を外部AIサービスへ送信しません。
- Inbox下書き: ユーザーが選択したRecenceフォルダ内にMarkdownないしテキストファイルとして保存するのみです。
- Face ID / Touch ID / パスコード: iOS標準機能を使用します。Recenceが生体情報を取得することはありません。
- ローカル通知: 復習リマインダーを有効にした場合のみスケジュールされます。

Recence Exporterは個人データの収集・送信・販売・共有を行いません。
- Vault内容: ファイル選択ダイアログで選択したフォルダからのみ読み込み、Mac上でローカル処理します。
- エクスポート出力: 選択した出力先フォルダに変換データを書き出します。iCloud Driveに出力した場合、同期はAppleのインフラを通じて行われます。Recence Exporter独自のサーバーは使用しません。
- ネットワーク通信: Recence Exporterはネットワーク通信を一切行いません。すべての変換処理は端末内で完結します。
- 解析・クラッシュレポート: 使用していません。開発者サーバーへのデータ送信はありません。
