By downloading, installing, or using Receipt Organizer ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.
Receipt Organizer is a mobile application that allows you to:
Scan and digitize receipts using your device's camera
Organize and manage receipt data
Generate statistics and reports
Export receipts and reports as PDF or CSV files
You must be at least 13 years old to use this App. By using the App, you represent that you are at least 13 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device
You are responsible for all activities that occur on your device
We do not require account registration; all data is stored locally on your device
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
Interfere with or disrupt the App or servers
Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the App
Use automated systems to access the App
The App offers premium features through in-app purchases
Subscriptions are managed through Apple's App Store
All purchases are subject to Apple's Terms and Conditions
Subscription fees are charged to your Apple ID account
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
You can manage subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal in your Apple ID Account Settings
Refunds are subject to Apple's refund policy
Free users can add up to 1 receipt
Premium subscription removes this limitation
We reserve the right to modify free tier features at any time
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Receipt Organizer
The App is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the App
You retain all rights to receipt data and content you create using the App
All data is stored locally on your device
We do not claim ownership of your receipt data or content
You are solely responsible for your content and data
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
Accuracy of OCR (Optical Character Recognition) results
Completeness of extracted data
Uninterrupted or error-free operation
Security of your device or data
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RECEIPT ORGANIZER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
Loss of data, receipts, or information
Business interruption or loss of profits
Any damages resulting from use or inability to use the App
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Receipt Organizer from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from:
Your use of the App
Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of any rights of another party
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including:
Violation of these Terms
Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
Request by law enforcement
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of changes by updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or the App shall be resolved through good faith negotiations. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
These Terms are between you and Receipt Organizer, not Apple
Apple is not responsible for the App or its content
Apple has no obligation to provide support for the App
If the App fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple for a refund
Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims related to the App
The App may use third-party services including:
Firebase Analytics: For app usage analytics
RevenueCat: For subscription management
Apple Vision Framework: For OCR processing
Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
All receipt data is stored locally on your device
We do not collect or store your receipt information

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Receipt Organizer regarding the use of the App and supersede all prior agreements.
