Please include:
- your device model and operating-system version;
- the App version shown in Settings;
- a short description of what happened;
- a screenshot if it does not contain sensitive receipt or contact information.
Do not send complete card numbers, passwords, government identifiers, signatures, or unnecessary copies of receipts.
Purchases and subscriptions
Use Restore Purchases in the App if paid access is missing. Make sure the device is signed in to the same app-store account used for the original purchase.
Subscriptions are managed by the store that processed the purchase. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription. Apple subscriptions can be viewed or cancelled in Apple ID subscription settings. Refund requests are handled under the applicable store’s rules.
Local data and backups
Receipt, payer, profile, PDF, logo, stamp, and signature data is stored locally on the device. The developer cannot remotely recover this content.
Use the App’s backup export feature before changing devices or deleting the App. Files exported to Files, iCloud Drive, Google Drive, email, or another app are controlled by that destination and must be deleted there separately.
Use Settings → Delete all data to remove locally stored App data. This action cannot be undone and does not cancel a subscription or delete files previously exported elsewhere.
