Receiptflow (“we”, “our”, “us”) is a store management app to manage suppliers and digitize receipt images. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your choices—especially about the Camera permission.
Receipt Images & Files: Photos you capture/import for supplier receipts. May include supplier name, invoice no., item details, amounts, taxes, dates, and basic metadata (e.g., timestamp).
Supplier & Store Records: Supplier names, contacts, account numbers, and transaction metadata you enter.
Account Data (optional): Name, email, profile details if you sign in.
Diagnostics & Analytics: Crash logs and basic usage metrics (device model, OS version, feature usage counts) to improve stability. No receipt content is used for ads.
To capture, store, view, and manage supplier receipts and amounts.
To organize suppliers, compute totals/adjustments, and maintain your store ledger.
To provide optional features you enable (e.g., cloud backup/sync, OCR/text extraction).
To provide support, fix bugs, improve performance, and meet legal obligations.
On-device: Receipts and records are saved on your device under your control.
Cloud (if enabled): If you sign in or turn on backup/sync, data is stored encrypted with our cloud provider(s) and linked to your account.
Retention: We keep your data until you delete it in-app or request deletion. Diagnostics may be kept up to 12 months.
We do not sell personal data.
We share data only with service providers (hosting, analytics, crash reporting) under confidentiality and data-protection terms.
We may disclose data if required by law or to protect rights and safety.
Camera (android.permission.CAMERA): To capture receipt images. Not used in the background.
Photos/Media:
Android 13+: READ_MEDIA_IMAGES to import images.
Older Android: READ/WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE
Internet: For login, sync/backup, updates, and support.
You can deny or revoke Camera/Media permissions anytime in device settings (scanning requires Camera).
You can delete images/records from within the app.
Business-focused app; not intended for children under 13 (or your region’s minimum age). We do not knowingly collect data from children.
We use industry-standard safeguards (TLS in transit; encrypted storage at rest for cloud). No method is 100% secure, but we continuously improve protections.
Your data may be processed outside your country. We apply appropriate safeguards where required by law.
We may update this policy. We’ll revise the “Effective date” above and, where appropriate, notify you in-app.
