DeVe Digital ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use the Recallo mobile application (the "App").
1. Information We Collect We do not collect any personal data automatically unless you voluntarily provide it to us. For users who purchase auto-renewing subscriptions, transactions are processed entirely through Apple’s App Store (StoreKit). We do not collect, process, or store your payment details. Apple may share non-personally identifiable analytics with us, such as download counts and crash reports, to help us improve the App.
2. Use of Information Any minimal data we collect is used solely to:
Provide, maintain, and improve Recallo's features.
Manage our auto-renewing subscription services.
Provide customer support.
3. Subscriptions and Apple In-App Purchases Recallo offers auto-renewing subscriptions. All subscription purchases are handled securely by Apple. We do not have access to your Apple ID payment information. You can manage or cancel your subscriptions at any time through your Apple ID Account Settings.
4. Third-Party Services The App may use third-party services (such as RevenueCat) strictly for validating Apple App Store receipts and managing subscription access. These services are bound by their own privacy policies and do not use your data for marketing purposes.
