Who can apply to RE:Build? 

RE:Build is open to community groups, NGOs or CSOs, youth organisations, and small local businesses working at the community level.

Applications can be submitted either by a Mee Panyar alumnus or alumna in partnership with a local organisation, or directly by an organisation applying for its own site.

What does “alumni-led” mean?

In alumni-led projects, a Mee Panyar alumni or team of alumni act as the project lead and nominates a local organisation to receive and use the solar system.

The alumni are responsible for technical design, installation, and follow-up. The partner organization owns and operates the system after installation.

Can an organisation apply if they don’t know a Mee Panyar alumni member?

Yes. Organisations can apply directly for themselves.

If selected, Mee Panyar will match the organisation with a suitable alumni lead to support system design, installation, and follow-up.

What kinds of solar systems are supported?

RE:Build supports small-scale solar power systems intended for community, social, or livelihood use.

Systems are typically designed to power shared spaces, services, workshops, training activities, or small enterprises. The exact system size depends on the proposed use and site conditions.

What costs are covered by the programme?

RE:Build covers the cost of the solar power system, procurement, installation, and basic training.

Organisations are expected to provide site access and commit to operating and maintaining the system once installed.

What happens after an application is submitted?

After submission:
- Applications are reviewed and shortlisted
- Shortlisted sites may be verified for feasibility
- Selected projects proceed to installation and handover
- Applicants will be contacted directly if their project moves to the next stage.

Who owns the solar system after installation?

The partner organisation owns the solar system after installation and handover.

The organisation is responsible for day-to-day operation and basic maintenance, with training and documentation provided as part of the project.

What language do I have to use for the proposal?

Proposals will be accepted in Myanmar and English language. Applicants are encourage to apply in the language they feel most comfortable using.

RE:Build ကို လူမှုအဖွဲ့အစည်းများ၊ NGO / CSO များ၊ လူငယ်အဖွဲ့အစည်းများ နှင့် အသေးစား ဒေသခံ စီးပွားရေးလုပ်ငန်းရှင်များ လျှောက်ထားနိုင်ပါသည်။

လျှောက်ထားခြင်းကို Mee Panyar alumni တစ်ဦး/အဖွဲ့အနေဖြင့် ဒေသခံအဖွဲ့အစည်းတစ်ခုနှင့် ပူးပေါင်း၍ လျှောက်ထားနိုင်ပါသည်။

သို့မဟုတ် အဖွဲ့အစည်းတစ်ခုအနေဖြင့်လည်း တိုက်ရိုက် လျှောက်ထားနိုင်ပါသည်။

Alumni-led  ဆိုသည်မှာ Mee Panyar alumni တစ်ဦး/အဖွဲ့က project lead အဖြစ် ပါဝင်ပြီး ဆိုလာစနစ်ကို တပ်ဆင်ပေးရမည့် အဖွဲ့ဖြစ်ပါသည်။ ဤတွင် ဒေသခံအဖွဲ့အစည်းတစ်ခုအမည်နှင့် တင်ပြရမည်ဖြစ်ပြီး ထိုအဖွဲ့မှ ဆိုလာစနစ်ကို လက်ခံအသုံးပြုစေသော ပုံစံဖြစ်ပါသည်။ Alumni lead သည် ဆိုလာ စနစ်ဒီဇိုင်း၊ တပ်ဆင်ခြင်း၊ အပြီးသတ်အပြီး ပြုပြင်ထိန်းသိမ်းခြင်း တို့ကို တာဝန်ယူဆောင်ရွက်ရပါသည်။ ဒေသခံအဖွဲ့အစည်းသည် ဆိုလာစနစ်ကို ပိုင်ဆိုင်ပြီး နေ့စဉ် အသုံးပြုများကို စီမံခန့်ခွဲရပါသည်။

Mee Panyar alumni နဲ့ မချိတ်ဆက်ထားသေးတဲ့ အဖွဲ့အစည်းက သီးသန့်  လျှောက်ထားလို့ရပါသလား။

အဖွဲ့အစည်းအနေဖြင့်သီးသန့်  လျှောက်ထားနိုင်ပြီး ရွေးချယ်ခံရပါက Mee Panyar မှ သင့်လျော်သော alumni lead တစ်ဦး/အဖွဲ့ကို ချိတ်ဆက်ပေးပါမည်။ အဆိုပါ alumni lead သည် စနစ်ဒီဇိုင်း၊ တပ်ဆင်ခြင်းနှင့်ပြုပြင်ထိန်းသိမ်းမှုများကို ပံ့ပိုးပေးပါမည်။

RE:Build သည် လူမှုရေး၊ လူမှုဝန်ဆောင်မှု သို့မဟုတ် အသက်မွေးဝမ်းကျောင်းနှင့် အသေးစားစီးပွားရေးလုပ်ငန်းများအတွက် အသုံးပြုနိုင်မည့် ဆိုလာစနစ်ကို ထောက်ပံ့ပါသည်။

ဆိုလာစနစ်ကို တပ်ဆင်ပြီးနောက် ဘယ်သူ ပိုင်ဆိုင်ပါသလဲ။

ဆိုလာစနစ်ကို လက်ခံအသုံးပြုမည့် partner organization က တပ်ဆင်ပြီး လွှဲပြောင်းပေးအပ်မှုအပြီး ပိုင်ဆိုင်ပါသည်။

အဖွဲ့အစည်းသည် နေ့စဉ် အသုံးပြုမှု၊ အခြေခံ ထိန်းသိမ်းမှု တို့ကို တာဝန်ယူဆောင်ရွက်ရပါမည်။ Project အတွင်း Mee Panyar မှ စနစ်အသုံးပြုပုံ၊ ထိန်းသိမ်းပုံတို့ကို သင်ကြားပေးပြီး လိုအပ်သော စာရွက်စာတမ်းများကို လွှဲပြောင်းပေးအပ်ပါမည်။

Proposal ကို ဘာသာစကား ဘယ်နှခုနဲ့ လျှောက်ထားနိုင်ပါသလဲ။

Proposal များကို မြန်မာဘာသာ သို့မဟုတ် အင်္ဂလိပ်ဘာသာ ဖြင့် လျှောက်ထားနိုင်ပါသည်။

လျှောက်ထားသူများအနေဖြင့် မိမိတို့ project ကို ပိုမို ရှင်းလင်းစွာ ဖော်ပြနိုင်သော၊ အဆင်ပြေသော ဘာသာစကားကို အသုံးပြုရန် အကြံပြုပါသည်။ ဘာသာစကားရွေးချယ်မှုကြောင့် အားသာချက် သို့မဟုတ် အားနည်းချက် မရှိပါ။
