Step 2: Kick-off: We set up a one-on-one session on g-meet/ zoom as per the mutual convenient time; Understand your needs and career aspirations and develop the plan for the coming months; add you to the WhatsApp group with co-founders and the Rebounce community groups

Step 3: Week 1 - 2: Resume building (2 sessions of 30-40 mins)

Step 4: Week 2 - 3: Interview readiness (2 sessions of 30-40 mins)

Step 5: Week 3 - 4: Another one-on-one session to track your progress and discuss any questions/ concerns you might have (one session of 30-40 mins)

Step 6: Support for 6 months: end-to end support via quick guidance or mentorship over WhatsApp/ call; Support in answering the take home assignment.
