Farmer Match Account, Data and Support Requests
This page explains how to request account deletion, data deletion, or submit a cheating or support report for the game Farmer Match.
All requests are handled via email.
To process any request related to an account or its data, the User ID is required. The User ID can be found in the game by following these steps:
Open the game and make sure you are on the Main Menu.
Open the Leaderboard by tapping the trophy icon.
Tap Friends at the top of the screen.
Tap Add Friend.
Your User ID is displayed on this screen.
Account and Data Deletion
Account deletion and data deletion requests must be sent by email.
Find your User ID using the steps above.
Send an email to gamesabcm@gmail.com using the subject “Account Deletion Request” or “Data Deletion Request”, depending on your request.
In the email body, include your User ID and a clear statement indicating whether you are requesting full account deletion or deletion of specific data.
If a full account deletion is requested, the game account and associated in-game data such as profile information, game progress, team membership, in-game chat data, and friend relationships will be removed after verification, and the account will be removed from other users’ friend lists.
If a data deletion request is submitted without deleting the account, only the specified data will be removed.
Some records cannot be deleted due to legal or platform requirements. This includes purchase and transaction records managed by Google Play on Android and Apple App Store on iOS.
Account deletion and data deletion requests are normally completed within up to 7 days after verification.
Once deleted, data cannot be restored under any circumstances. Following account deletion, all game progress will be permanently removed, and continued use of the game will require starting over with a new account.
Cheating Reports and Support
Cheating reports and general support requests must also be submitted by email.
Send an email to gamesabcm@gmail.com with a clear description of the issue.
Including your User ID and any relevant screenshots or videos is recommended to help us review the report.
