Summary
Note 1: Upon entrance of a gaming zone or activation of a chat program you are expected to follow the code set down by the administrators of that program.
Note 2: Members are expected to follow any reasonable orders given from commanders or High Commanders at any time when they are online.
Section I: Multi-Clanning. As a Full RSF member you may not join another clan that plays any of the games RSF plays.
Section II: Hacking/Cheating/Harsh violations against RSF. Hacking, cheating or cases that harm RSF drastically of any kind is not allowed by RSF.
I+II: Cases from Point I and II will be looked at, evaluated and appropriately punished individually, if necessary after review of Council with HC as executing body. The punishment can be the full range up to clan-removal.
Section III: Violation of the common welfare of RSF. Light swearing at times is overlooked; however light violations against RSF or a constant pattern of swearing, racial, ethnic, age, or sexist slurs, at other members will not be tolerated. Chats can be a lot of fun but please keep it clean. If Section III is violated the following 3-step systems goes into effect, after review of Council with HC as executive body:
Section IV: Message Boards. Message boards are a great place to share ideas and chat with everyone even if no one is on at the same time. (Messages should follow rules of Section III of this article.) Also, all High Commanders will have read and write access to all message boards of RSF at all times.
Section V: Follow the Chain of Command. Members are expected to follow the chain of command. Members go to Unit Leaders Assistant or Unit Leaders first, Unit Leaders go to Company executive Officer or Company Commanders, Company Commanders go to Assistant Deputy Division Director, etc. If something is outside of your chain of command do not get involved! Problems are usually hard enough to solve without outside interference. If you are asked for your opinions give it but don’t get in other peoples business. Suggestions are ok to be posted on sites and message boards, but if a question arises don’t tell someone exactly what they are doing wrong and how to handle it unless they ask for your help.
Section VI: Joining/Rejoining the Clan. Joining the clan requires only submitting an application with your information. Rejoining, however, may require a High Command vote if you left on bad terms. (I.e. you were booted from RSF.) Rejoining the clan requires rank deduction in some form, the amount depends on how long you were gone. (See rank system page for further details).
