Board Retreat Facilitation:

Do you need someone to come in and help facilitate your annual board retreat? Are you focusing on board roles and responsibilities, fund development and engagement, setting the stage for strategic planning or anything else? Work with Amy to customize a retreat based on the desired outcomes of your retreat, ideally in partnership with your board chair.
