Blueberry Protein Smoothie

Serves: 1

Ingredients:

1 cup (or less) kefir, yogurt or coconut milk (if the yogurt is very thick, use half yogurt and half water)

1/2 cup frozen wild blueberries

2 scoops chocolate whey protein powder (or, based on your brand, enough to equal 20 grams of protein)

1 spoonful peanut butter or almond butter

1 tablespoon chia seeds


Directions

Add all the ingredients to a blender, blend, and enjoy.
