My personal teaching philosophy is one of kindness and patience. I believe in student led learning where we follow a students curisoity to foster a positive relationship with education. I believe that every students is entitled to free and fair access to education no matter there religion, race, socio- economic background or any other circumstance.
I believe that there are no bad students only people who are at a different place in the race then there peers and it is my job as an educator to help all students improve there standing, that being said I do expect the same respect from my students that I will give you. My disciplinary policy is detailed in the AUP so feel free to view that if any questions arise on how I handle any classroom issues.
