I'm Rebecca Harter-Foist, a 2D and 3D character animator based in Los Angeles and Huntington Beach, CA! I believe that animation is a window into human expression and storytelling. It exists to entertain and inspire. I animate characters to be compelling and relatable through their performance, actions, and decisions. Characters are just like us. They undergo human emotions, have large ambitions, and are perfectly imperfect.

I've spent the past 3 years in a creatively enriching environment, which challenged me to grow both artistically and intellectually. I'm ready to  contribute my character animation and acting skills to family-friendly feature films. When I'm not drawing, you can catch me on my boba runs, decorating cakes, and out on the tennis courts!
