Good attendance and for players to show up on time and stay for the entire raid.
Knowledge of their class and how to apply it to an encounter.
A willingness to accept constructive criticism.
A positive attitude.
Patience.

What We Provide

We provide feasts and flasks.
We have optional heroic nights on the weekend.
Active feedback on playstyles, mechanics and player behavior.
- If something isn't working, we'll work on fixing it and assisting you in the process.

Trial Raiders are new to the guild and are looking to achieve Core Raider positions. Your performance in the raid will be evaluated by the GM and officers after the raid completes.

Initial meet and greets will occur with our recruiter before your first trial date. Often times you will attend one of our heroics before a mythic boss. Once screened by our recruiter, you will move into specific officer interviews. All interviews will be overseen by our GM, but individual roles may require a secondary officer depending on availability.

Trials typically last 2-3 weeks. Subject to change depending on individual performance and attitude. You are not guaranteed a position during progression. Positions are granted to core raiders first.

How will your performance be evaluated?

Class knowledge
- Spec, Stat choice, Rotation
Preparedness to raid
- Flasks (provided, but are you extra efficent?), Potions, Runes
Encounter knowledge
- Understanding mechanics
ilvl% in warcraftlogs
- Parses are not gospel! These numbers may deceive!
Active time in Warcraftlogs
How much avoidable damage you take?
- Are you directly under the tank or at the bottom of the list?
Are you active with the guild?
- Raid Loggers don't make friends!
Do you do tasks to better your character outside of raids?
- Mythic+, Normals, Dailies, etc
How do you get along with others?
- Talk too much shit? bossy douche? move along...
