## 1. Overview
RE Angel Celestial ("the App") is a spiritual entertainment, reflection, and journaling application developed by Resonancia Éter.
The App allows users to have AI-generated conversations with 15 archangels, Gaia, and the Cosmos, save conversations locally, create celestial diary entries, listen to responses using text-to-speech, and purchase consumable Celestial Credits.
This Privacy Policy explains what information is processed, why it is processed, where it is stored, which service providers are involved, and how users may exercise their privacy rights.
The App does not require an account, username, email address, or login.

## 2. Information Processed by the App
### 2.1 Conversation Content
When you request an AI-generated response, the App sends:
- The message you have written.
- A limited portion of the recent conversation, currently up to the 10 most recent messages.
- The instructions required to preserve the selected character’s personality and language.
This information is transmitted securely to the Resonancia Éter backend and then to the OpenAI API to generate a response.
Resonancia Éter does not use conversation content for advertising, marketing, profiling, or tracking.
You should not enter passwords, payment card information, official identification documents, private authentication credentials, or information that you do not want processed by an artificial intelligence service.

### 2.2 Pseudonymous App Identifier
The App creates a random pseudonymous identifier.
This identifier:
- Is not your name, email address, Apple ID, or advertising identifier.
- Is stored in the device’s secure Keychain and local app storage.
- Is used to maintain free consultation usage, Celestial Credit balances, purchase verification, and fraud prevention.
- May remain available after the App is reinstalled because Apple Keychain data may persist.
The identifier is sent to the Resonancia Éter backend but is not intentionally sent to OpenAI as part of the AI conversation.
The App does not attempt to discover your real identity from this identifier.

### 2.3 App Functionality and Usage Information
The backend processes information required to operate the App, including:
- The number of free consultations remaining.
- The Celestial Credit balance.
- Whether a consultation used a free question or a purchased credit.
- Temporary operation and reservation identifiers.
- The status of consultation, refund, and credit operations.
- Information required to prevent duplicate credit deductions.
- Information required to recover an interrupted operation safely.
This information is linked only to the pseudonymous App identifier and is used solely to provide the App’s functionality, maintain balances, prevent fraud, and ensure reliable service.

### 2.4 Purchase Information
Purchases are processed by Apple through StoreKit.
Resonancia Éter may receive and store limited purchase information required to verify and grant Celestial Credits, including:
- Apple transaction identifier.
- Product identifier.
- Number of credits purchased.
- Purchase environment, such as Sandbox or Production.
- Purchase verification status.
- The pseudonymous App identifier associated with the credited balance.
Resonancia Éter does not receive or store:
- Payment card numbers.
- Bank account information.
- Apple ID credentials.
- Billing addresses.
- Other payment method details.

### 2.5 Technical, Security, and Diagnostic Information
The App and backend may process limited technical information required to maintain and protect the service, including:
- Request duration and server response times.
- AI token usage totals.
- AI completion status.
- Error categories and operation states.
- Abbreviated pseudonymous identifiers.
- Product identifiers involved in purchase operations.
- Temporary rate-limit information.
- Network information required to prevent abuse.
The backend may temporarily derive a salted hash from an IP address for rate limiting and abuse prevention. The raw IP address is not intentionally stored by Resonancia Éter in the App’s credit database.
This information is not used for advertising or user profiling.

## 3. Information Stored Locally on the Device
The following information is normally stored locally on your device:
### Saved Conversations
Conversation history is stored in the App’s local documents directory.
When you send a new message, a limited recent portion of that locally stored conversation may be transmitted for AI processing.
You can delete a conversation using the delete control available in the App.
### Celestial Diary
Diary entries are stored locally on the device.
Resonancia Éter does not upload the complete celestial diary to its backend.
You can delete individual diary entries from within the App.
### AI Processing Consent
Your decision to accept or withdraw AI processing consent is stored locally.
### Cached Usage and Credit Information
The App may keep a local cached copy of free consultations and credit balances so that the interface can operate correctly. The backend remains the authoritative source for those balances.

## 4. Artificial Intelligence Processing
RE Angel Celestial uses the OpenAI API to generate responses.
Conversation content is first sent to the Resonancia Éter backend hosted using Cloudflare infrastructure. The backend then sends the required text to OpenAI.
The OpenAI request is configured not to create persistent application state through the API’s optional storage feature.
According to OpenAI’s current API data controls:
- Data sent through the API is not used to train or improve OpenAI models by default unless the API customer explicitly opts in.
- OpenAI may retain prompts, responses, and related metadata in abuse-monitoring logs for up to 30 days, unless a longer period is required by law or a special data-retention arrangement applies.
OpenAI does not receive your Apple payment information or StoreKit transaction credentials as part of the AI request.

## 5. Cloudflare Infrastructure
Resonancia Éter uses Cloudflare Workers and Cloudflare KV as backend infrastructure.
Cloudflare may process network and request metadata as necessary to transmit, secure, and operate the service.
The Resonancia Éter backend uses Cloudflare KV to maintain pseudonymous credit balances, free consultation usage, temporary operation records, purchase-verification records, and anti-abuse counters.

## 6. Purposes of Processing
Information is processed only for the following purposes:
- Generating the AI response requested by the user.
- Maintaining the 15 free consultations provided by the App.
- Maintaining purchased Celestial Credit balances.
- Verifying Apple purchases.
- Preventing duplicated purchases or duplicated credit deductions.
- Recovering interrupted operations safely.
- Preventing fraud, automated abuse, and excessive requests.
- Diagnosing technical failures.
- Maintaining service availability, security, and performance.
- Complying with legal obligations.
Information is not used for third-party advertising, developer advertising, marketing, behavioral profiling, or cross-app tracking.

## 7. Legal Bases
Depending on your country, Resonancia Éter processes information on one or more of the following legal bases:
- **Consent:** You must accept the AI processing notice before starting an AI-generated conversation.
- **Performance of the requested service:** Processing is necessary to generate responses, maintain balances, and provide purchased credits.
- **Legitimate interests:** Limited technical processing is necessary to secure the service, prevent abuse, detect fraud, and maintain reliability.
- **Legal obligations:** Certain purchase and transaction information may be retained where required for financial, tax, legal, or dispute-resolution purposes.
You may withdraw AI processing consent at any time from the App’s Settings. Withdrawing consent prevents new AI-generated conversations but does not automatically delete saved local conversations, diary entries, purchase records, or existing backend balances.

## 8. Data Sharing
Information may be shared only with service providers required to operate the App:
- **OpenAI**, for generating AI responses.
- **Cloudflare**, for backend hosting, security, storage, and network delivery.
- **Apple**, for StoreKit purchases, transaction processing, and App Store services.
Resonancia Éter does not sell personal information.
Resonancia Éter does not share information with advertising networks, data brokers, or third parties for behavioral advertising.
Service providers process information according to their applicable agreements, privacy commitments, security measures, and legal obligations.
Information may also be disclosed where required by law, a valid legal process, or where reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, or the rights of Resonancia Éter.

## 9. Data Retention
Resonancia Éter applies the following retention periods:
- Locally saved conversations and diary entries remain on the device until the user deletes them or removes the relevant local App data.
- Completed or recoverable AI operation records, which may temporarily include the generated response, are retained by the Resonancia Éter backend for up to approximately 24 hours.
- Temporary credit-debit recovery records may be retained for up to approximately 48 hours.
- Temporary anti-abuse and rate-limit records are retained for short periods, generally from approximately 90 seconds to 25 hours.
- Purchase-verification records may be retained for up to approximately 400 days to prevent duplicate redemption, resolve disputes, and maintain purchase integrity.
- Free consultation status, pseudonymous credit balances, and the marker indicating that the initial free allocation has already been granted may remain stored while required to provide the service or until a valid deletion request is completed.
- OpenAI may retain API abuse-monitoring information for up to 30 days under its default API data controls.
- Infrastructure providers may retain limited technical or security records according to their own policies and legal obligations.
Data may be retained for longer where required by law, necessary to resolve a dispute, prevent fraud, enforce agreements, or protect the security of the service.

## 10. Tracking and Advertising
RE Angel Celestial:
- Contains no third-party advertising.
- Does not use advertising identifiers.
- Does not use advertising or tracking SDKs.
- Does not combine App data with information from other companies for targeted advertising.
- Does not share App data with data brokers.
- Does not track users across apps or websites owned by other companies.

## 11. Text-to-Speech and Microphone
The App uses Apple’s on-device text-to-speech technology to read responses aloud.
RE Angel Celestial does not require microphone access and does not record the user’s voice.
No voice recording is transmitted to Resonancia Éter.

Resonancia Éter uses reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information, including encrypted HTTPS transmission, pseudonymous identifiers, limited server logging, secret storage, purchase verification, rate limiting, and access controls.
No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure. Therefore, absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to:
- Request information about data associated with your pseudonymous App identifier.
- Request correction or deletion of eligible information.

You can delete saved conversations and diary entries using the controls provided in the App.

Because the App has no user account, Resonancia Éter may need the Support ID shown in the App’s Settings and, where relevant, transaction information to locate the correct pseudonymous records.
Resonancia Éter may be unable to identify or delete a record when there is not enough information to associate the request with the correct pseudonymous identifier.
Uninstalling the App does not automatically guarantee the deletion of backend records or Keychain information.

## 14. International Processing
OpenAI, Cloudflare, and Apple may process information in countries other than the country in which you live.
Where required, service providers use legal mechanisms and safeguards intended to protect international data transfers under applicable law.

RE Angel Celestial is not directed to children below the minimum age required to consent to digital services in their country.
