2. Information We Access
The App uses the following device features solely to provide core functionality:
Camera — used only to scan QR codes on lottery tickets. Camera data is processed locally on your device and is never stored or transmitted.
Internet — used to connect to the Real Win server to retrieve draw results and verify ticket status. No personal data is sent.
Notifications — used to send local reminders about draws and results. These are generated on-device and do not involve any server communication.
3. Third-Party Services
The App connects to the Real Win official server (realvinllc.com) solely to fetch:
Announced draw results
Ticket scan results (by order ID only)
No personal data is transmitted in these requests.
4. Children's Privacy
Our App does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children.
5. Security
Since we do not collect personal data, there is no personal data at risk. Your ticket order ID is transmitted securely over HTTPS.
6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted within the App or on our website. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
