Projects requiring expedited turnaround beyond standard timelines may be classified as rush projects. Rush projects may require additional staffing, extended hours, or reprioritization of workflow and may incur additional fees.
Rush fees will be disclosed prior to commencement of the work.
Payment terms will be outlined in the service agreement or invoice.
Failure to remit payment may result in suspension or termination of services.
All fees are non-refundable once work has commenced unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Upon full payment, clients retain ownership of finalized marketing materials, written content, and website elements created specifically for them.
RealtyAdmin.com reserves the right to use general, non-confidential work samples for portfolio or promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RealtyAdmin.com shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
