We want to express our deep gratitude to Chis and his team (Peyton and Debra) for their guidance and support during our sale of our condominium and subsequent purchase of a new home in a nearby city. Our "adventure" had multiple challenges, including an out-of-country buyer and a lender that experienced an 11-th hour cyber attack. Through all of these challenges Chris and his team were there to help - from staging to closing. While Chris was working our sale (7 days to an offer, resulting on hitting our target price), Peyton was providing expert assistance to help us find a new home, and Debra was providing timely updates throughout the sale and purchase. As we neared the end of this journey Chris provided skillful leverage to the builder, removing unnecessary delays in the closing on our new home. One last point that shouldn't be lost: at the time of our sale, there were 11 other similar condominiums for sale in that small neighborhood. Two months later, they are still for sale, and I have referred some of those sellers to Chris. There are many people who call themselves realtors, but few have the expertise and personal touch offered by Chris and his team. Highly recommended!!
