Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the RealPlay mobile application (the “Application”), created and provided by the RealPlay Team (the “Service Provider”). By downloading or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of the Terms, you should not use the Application.

Use of the Application

The Application is intended for use by parents, guardians, and caregivers to access activities and ideas for children ages 0–6. The Application itself is not directed to children and must be used under the supervision of an adult.

You agree to use the Application only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

License

The Service Provider grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

User Responsibilities

 • You must ensure that children use the Application only under parental or caregiver supervision.

 • You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Application or its content without prior written permission from the Service Provider.

 • You may not attempt to decompile, reverse-engineer, or otherwise extract source code from the Application.

In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

The Application may offer optional in-app purchases or subscription services. Payments are processed by the platform provider (Apple App Store or Google Play Store) under their terms and conditions. All sales are final and subject to the policies of the respective store.

Third-Party Services

The Application may use third-party services (such as Firebase Crashlytics) to improve functionality and performance. Use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Application is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. The Service Provider does not warrant that the Application will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service Provider shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising out of or related to your use of the Application.

Termination

The Service Provider may suspend or terminate your access to the Application at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Changes to Terms

The Service Provider may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted within the Application and at the following link: https://sites.google.com/view/realplay-grow-through-play/terms-of-use

By continuing to use the Application after changes are posted, you agree to be bound by the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
