Welcome to RealOr (“we,” “our,” “us”). By using the RealOr mobile application (the “App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

1. Description of the Service

RealOr provides tools to analyze and detect whether content—images, videos, audio, and text—is human-made or generated using artificial intelligence (AI). The results are based on algorithmic models and are for informational purposes only.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction) to use RealOr. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements.

3. User Content and Conduct

3.1. User Content
You retain ownership of the content (images, videos, audio, text) you upload for analysis. By submitting content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process it for the purpose of providing the service.

3.2. Prohibited Use
You agree not to:

• Use the App to upload or analyze illegal, harmful, or offensive content

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the app or its models

• Use the app for automated scraping or bulk analysis without permission

• Violate any laws or third-party rights while using the app

4. AI Detection Disclaimer

The App uses AI models to provide likelihood assessments of content origin. We do not guarantee accuracy. Results are probabilistic and should not be treated as definitive proof. You agree to use the results at your own discretion and risk.

5. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including all algorithms, models, designs, logos, and trademarks, are owned by RealOr or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

6. Modifications and Updates

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the App at any time, with or without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at our sole discretion, without notice, for any conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to the service, other users, or third parties.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RealOr and its affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• Loss of data, profits, or goodwill

• Errors in AI classification or analysis results

Use of the App is provided “as-is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RealOr, its affiliates, and their respective officers and employees from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

10. Governing Law
