You must be at least 13 years old to use the app.

You must keep your login credentials secure.
You can delete your account at any time from the profile screen.
3. Admin Role
Only admins can post properties.
Admins must ensure all property details are accurate and not misleading.
4. User Responsibilities
Users can browse, search, and favorite properties.
Users can chat only with admins who posted the property.
Users must not spam or abuse the chat feature.
5. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
Post or share false, illegal, or offensive content.
Attempt to hack, exploit, or misuse the app or Firebase services.
Use automated scripts or bots.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or misuse the app.
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
Any inaccuracies in property data.
User interactions or agreements made outside the app.
Third-party service interruptions (e.g., Firebase).
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app means you accept any changes.
