All bookings are processed on behalf of clients using accredited booking platforms and partner providers.

2. Agent-Assisted Service

All services are personally handled by the owner/agent. Clients do not have direct access to booking systems and must provide accurate travel details for proper processing.

3. Accuracy of Information

Clients are responsible for providing complete and correct personal details, including names (as shown on valid IDs/passports), travel dates, destinations, and requirements. The agency is not liable for errors resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client.

4. Prices, Fares, and Availability

All prices are subject to change without prior notice and depend on real-time availability from airlines, hotels, ferry operators, and service providers. Quoted prices are not guaranteed until full payment is made and confirmation is issued.

5. Payments

• Full or partial payment may be required to confirm bookings.

6. Cancellations, Changes, and Refunds

7. Travel Documents & Compliance

Clients are responsible for ensuring they meet passport validity, visa requirements, health protocols, and immigration regulations. The agency assists with guidance but does not guarantee approval of visas, permits, or entry into any country.

8. Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is recommended for all travelers. Coverage, claims, and benefits are subject to the insurance provider’s terms and conditions.

9. International Driving Permit (IDP)

IDP assistance is provided as a processing service only. Issuance, validity, and acceptance depend on the issuing authority and destination country.

10. Liability Disclaimer

Real Deal Travel Agency shall not be held liable for:

11. Communication
