Based in the north of Scotland, travel can become quite extensive to get anywhere, so I've become quite familiar to when things can go wrong.
My budgets do not compromise on value. No subscriptions, just one-off affordable and printable guides.
My journey to setting up Real Budget Travel came after my 20th country, Japan. It was after organising this trip to every last detail when I realised that I can use my genuine passion to write itineraries that not only show the beauty each country has to offer, but also how to make them as affordable as possible - which is why I have spent many hours carefully tailoring each guide.
My guides go much further than 'visit here' - I actually help with the how.
Every guide is researched and lived through me already, include virtual google maps, the changes I wished I made at the time and the realistic costs of the holiday.
12 of the 20 countries I've visited have been done solo, which means my guides can help a wide range of travellers, including those travelling in groups.
I want people to truly enjoy their holiday and come away with a lifelong memory more than anything. These simple guides are all built by someone with a genuine care to help others make the most of their holidays.
