Error Categories

We perform a systematic evaluation of twelve representative object detectors covering three different categories of architectures.

We divide errors into five categories

• CBWO(Correct bounding box and wrong objects)

• WBCO(Wrong bounding box and correct objects)

• WBWO(Wrong bounding box and wrong objects)

• Partial miss detection(PMD)

• Miss detection(MD)

The proportion of each error categories is shown in the figure.
