Real estate is a very social business, with lots of personal interaction, meetings, & handshakes. Luckily with technology where it is these days we are able to communicate in many different ways, including:

• Over the phone

• Skype

• Facetime

• Messenger video or

• Zoom.

This includes initial meetings, market evaluations, buyers presentations, staging/presentation tips, & negotiations.

• Get pre-approved

• Fill out our Buyer's Checklist & start previewing properties online that fit your criteria.

• Make a list of your favourite homes, study the photos & 3D Tour.

• Do a drive by of the location to see if you like the area or look on Google Maps.

• Once you have your list, we can line up showings (buyers must fill out a health declaration prior to each showing day).

• Drive yourself to each each showing.

• Sanitize your hands before & after entering a home.

• If you are or have been feeling ill, please let us know and we will cancel all showings.

• Give us a ring to discuss your home, timeline & do a walk through your home.

• We compile a list of sold comparables & send you a market analysis via email, then discuss it over the phone.

• Once we establish a price, all listing doc's can be sent & signed electronically via 'Docusign'.

• We hire a professional to do photos, 2D digital floor plan, & virtual 3D virtual tour.

• We encourage sellers to disinfect commonly used surfaces in your home BEFORE & AFTER a showing.

• Leave sanitizer out to be used by people entering your home.

• Turn on all the lights and open as many doors/closets as you can, to prevent agents/buyers from having to touch them.

• If anyone in your home is not feeling well, please let us know & we will cancel the showing.
