Mission Statement: We promote mathematical understanding using skills such as active problem solving, logical reasoning, spatial reasoning, and computation. Our goal is to achieve all of this while encouraging and teaching everyone involved on the importance of sportsmanship, determination, kindness, and collaboration.

  • Tentative tournament dates will be updated as soon as they are finalized by the Institute, but for this season, they currently are as follows:

-Division 1 (Kinder and 1st grades) is March 28th, 2020.

-Division 2 (2nd and 3rd grades) is April 25th, 2020.

-Division 3 (4th and 5th grades) is April 25th, 2020. URGENT: Please, note that this was changed, and this is the current date.

As you can imagine, it takes a village of VOLUNTEERS to run the Math Pentathlon Team.

**You must be an approved LISD volunteer in order to be on campus working with students.**
