1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using Readverse, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. License

Readverse grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the app on any Apple device you own or control, subject to these terms and the Apple App Store Terms of Service.

3. In-App Purchase

Readverse offers a one-time Premium purchase that unlocks full functionality permanently. All purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's payment terms. We do not store any payment information.

Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policy.

4. Content and Copyright

Readverse is a tool for reading and listening to books. You are solely responsible for ensuring that any content you import into the app does not infringe third-party copyrights. We do not provide, host, or distribute any book content.

5. Third-Party Services

Readverse integrates with optional third-party services including:

• iCloud — for data sync across devices

• Google Drive — for importing books

• Yandex Disk — for importing books

• OpenAI / Microsoft Edge TTS — for Text to Speech functionality

Use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability or conduct of third-party services.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Readverse is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The current version is always available at this URL.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer is located.
