Miss Leigh and the Lindamood-Belle Program

Leigh has been educating children entire life.  In addition to LindamoodBell turoring, Leigh is an Integrated Services Teacjher  at PSD Global Academy  teaching students in reading all day every day as well as providing academict and creative support. Many of the young adults in  Fort Collins remember her as the Program Director  for Odyssey of the Mind at PSD - In 2023, I trained with Lindamood Bell. As one of their Reading Cliniciams, at the Reading Clinic in Portland, OR, I taught both the intensive program and the school supplemental program. This program changed the way I teach. I witnessed miracles in students. Using symbol imagery and multi-sensory awareness, students began to read and write easily and naturally. Those functions are what underlies the sklil of reading. Don't take my word for it, this program is evidence based. The miracle is how fast they learn and how they change into amazing students, well-adjusted, self-confident students with a love for learning.  The cost of a Lindamood Bell intensive program at their Learning Centers or the Academy is astronomical and I'm happy to offer an affordable choice for the same program and results.
