Reading Time Estimator is a utility app that estimates how long text may take to read or speak. The App is designed to process text on your device.
2. Information We Collect
The App does not require an account and does not collect personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, or location.
Text you paste or type is used only on your device to calculate statistics (for example word count, reading time, and speaking time). We do not upload your text to our servers.
3. Clipboard
If you use Paste or Copy statistics, the App may read from or write to your device clipboard. Clipboard access is used only for those features and is controlled by you.
4. Sharing
If you choose Share statistics, the App opens your device’s share sheet so you can send results to another app you select. Shared content is handled by that app according to its own privacy policy.
5. Data Storage
Text and statistics are kept in the App’s temporary on-device state while you use it. The App does not create a cloud account or sync your text online.
6. Third-Party Services
The App does not include advertising networks, analytics SDKs, or social logins that collect personal data for marketing purposes.
7. Children’s Privacy
The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children. It can be used as a general productivity tool without account registration.
8. Permissions
The App may use only the permissions needed for core features (such as internet access if required by the platform runtime). It does not request contacts, camera, microphone, or location access for its core functionality.
