BOOK GOAL
Thank you for expressing interest in our book drive! This website contains all of the information you need to know about donating, and also may answer any questions or concerns you may have.
Research shows that there are roughly 600 juvenile detention centers in the United States, with around 195,000 young people inhabiting them. Children are placed in juvenile detention centers for a variety of reasons; while the reasons may be unpleasant, their time in the detention centers does not have to be.
We are collecting book donations to contribute to the library in the Morris County Juvenile Detention Center in order to spark further interest in education and learning in young people residing at the center. The following pages allow you to learn more about this initiative, fill out a form if you are interested in donating, view the requirements and criteria for a book to be able to be donated, and find our contact information.
