Polites is a dear friend to Odysseus who encourages him to leave Aiaia.
Polite derives from the Latin word 'polire' or 'politus' which means polished or smooth.
The Suit of Swords is related to the element of air and represents action, decisions, and power. We note that Odysseus fits the Sword archetype as he deals with matters of intellect and courage.
