By using the app, you agree to these terms.
What Reactly Clips Is
Reactly Clips is a private on-device reaction clip toy.
It helps you turn a portrait photo and optional voice note into a short comedy or mini drama-style reaction clip with AI-generated expressions, changing visual styles, narration, music, and playful voice effects.
Reactly Clips is designed for entertainment.
It is not a professional editing tool, identity verification tool, therapy tool, legal tool, financial tool, or safety-critical service.
Main Character Clips
Reactly Clips lets users create clips where themselves, friends, family members, or pets may appear as the main character of a playful reaction scene.
You are responsible for using photos, voices, names, and personal content respectfully and lawfully.
You should only use content that you own or have permission to use.
Comedy, Drama, and Style Variation
Reactly Clips may create different comedy scenes, mini drama moments, hairstyles, clothing styles, accessories, expressions, narration, and visual moods.
Generated output may vary from clip to clip.
Reactly Clips does not guarantee that a specific hairstyle, outfit, expression, accessory, narration line, or scene result will appear every time.
Sharing
Reactly Clips is designed for personal sharing with friends, family, group chats, and social media.
You are responsible for any clips you save, export, post, or send.
Do not present playful or fictional clips as real events.
Do not use Reactly Clips to mislead, impersonate, harass, defame, or harm another person.
Device Requirement
Reactly Clips requires an Apple Intelligence-capable iPhone with the required iOS version for on-device AI generation.
Some features, including clip generation, subscriptions, and one-time purchases, may be unavailable on unsupported devices.
If your device is unsupported, the app may block generation or purchases with an Apple Intelligence Required message.
Your Responsibility
You agree not to use Reactly Clips to:
• Impersonate someone in a misleading or harmful way
• Harass, threaten, bully, or defame another person
• Create deceptive, fraudulent, hateful, sexual, or illegal content
• Violate privacy, publicity, intellectual property, or other rights
• Present fictional or playful clips as real events
• Use another person’s image, voice, or identity without appropriate permission
• Share private or sensitive content without consent
Temporary Sessions
Reactly Clips is built around temporary sessions.
The app does not provide an in-app history or permanent clip library.
Temporary session content may be deleted automatically after replay limits, time limits, app reset, or cleanup.
If you want to keep a clip, you must actively save or export it before the session expires.
Generated Content
Generated output may be imperfect, unexpected, or unavailable depending on device capability, system readiness, Apple Intelligence availability, local processing conditions, and user input.
Reactly Clips does not guarantee that generated expressions, narration, timing, audio, visual style, Funny FX, hairstyles, clothing, or accessories will match your expectations.
Subscriptions and Purchases
Some features may require a paid subscription or one-time in-app purchase.
Purchases are handled by Apple through the App Store.
Subscription billing, cancellation, refunds, free trial eligibility, and purchase management are handled through your Apple account and Apple’s App Store policies.
Monthly and Yearly subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled through your Apple account settings.
Lifetime is a one-time in-app purchase and does not renew.
No Cloud Backup
Reactly Clips does not provide cloud backup for your sessions or exported files.
You are responsible for saving or backing up any content you want to keep.
Intellectual Property
The Reactly Clips app, design, branding, templates, code, and bundled assets are owned by the app developer or licensed for use in the app.
You retain responsibility for the personal content you provide and for how you use or share exported clips.
Disclaimers
Reactly Clips is provided as-is for entertainment use.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, perfect results, successful generation on every attempt, or compatibility with every device or system condition.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses or damages arising from your use of the app, your content, generated content, or any sharing decisions you make.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Use as the app changes.
The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
