To get proper text for the e-mail, you're going to copy the text down below and paste it in the mail:

I didn't violate the rules, and I didn't impersonate anyone.

My name is [name] , i'm from [country] , i'm [age] years old, my phone number is [number] , my e-mail that is connected to my @[user] account is: [e-mail address] .

[Now you'll insert multiple ID pictures (it has to be a valid ID or passport or anything you can legally identify yourself with,, make sure there's good lighting and that you're able to read everything on your ID clearly]
Now you will send the mail. And you will have to send the same e-mail multiple times, every single day. Do this every few hours, not too many after each other in one moment, this can be seen as spam.
Now, you're going to send reports through the Instagram Help Centre, in the app itself. Make sure you have another account you can log into, so that you can send the reports.

My name is [full name], i'm from [your country], i'm [your age] years old, my phone number is [your phone number] , my e-mail that is connected to my [@username] account is: [e-mail].
My ID is in the pictures.
You've finished all the steps, great!
From now on, you'll have to do the same steps every few hours, every single day. In this way, Instagram will eventually see it and hopefully send you a reply. You'll have to have to be patient, sometimes it takes a few hours, sometimes a few days, sometimes a few weeks, and sometimes even a month.
When Instagram replies, they will contact you through your e-mail, so you have to keep checking your mailbox.
Whenever you've received a mail about having to send pictures of yourself and your ID, you'll have to do those steps too. There's a high chance that they will respond back saying that they couldn't match your ID with your account and that they can't give you access. However, these seem to be automated responses as they arrive rather quickly after you've sent your e-mail with your ID pictures back to them.
This is why it's important to keep trying and to keep sending your ID pictures and your e-mails and reports. What people experience, is that they get replies saying they can't get access, but then they keep sending their mails, reports and pictures, and some of them eventually get their account back after trying.
So, don't give up to quickly and keep trying! This process can take up to 4 weeks or even longer, but it's different for each person. When you've put a lot of work and time in your account, you would want to try your best to get it back.
If you really think you can't get it back after trying over and over again, you at least tried your best. And you can make the decision to make a fresh, new account, or to not continue on.
Good luck, and keep the faith!
