Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your phone.
Open Find My Earbuds: Device Finder and scan for nearby Bluetooth devices.
Find your earbuds, headphones, smartwatch, speaker, or other Bluetooth device in the list.
Watch the Bluetooth signal strength while moving around.
A stronger signal can help you determine when you are getting closer to your device.

Try the following:
Make sure Bluetooth is turned on.
Make sure the lost device is powered on.
Move closer to the device.

Start a new scan.
Make sure the app has the required Bluetooth permissions.
Bluetooth signal strength can change depending on walls, furniture, your phone's position, and other wireless interference.
Use the signal as a proximity indicator, rather than an exact distance measurement.
Start by searching in the area where you last used them. Move slowly around the area and watch how the signal strength changes.

Find My Earbuds: Device Finder is a Bluetooth scanning and proximity assistance tool designed to help you locate nearby Bluetooth devices.
The app does not provide GPS tracking or access to Apple's Find My network. It uses Bluetooth signal information from compatible nearby devices to help you determine proximity.
Bluetooth signal strength is affected by walls, objects, interference, device orientation, and other environmental factors. Signal strength should therefore be used as a guide and does not guarantee an exact location or distance.
