Before commissioning a product from me please review my terms of service ^^

Your rights and responsibilities as the commissioner:

• once the piece of art or plush toy is sent or delivered to you, it is your intellectual and or physical property and you have the right to sell or use it however you like. However if you plan to use said property for sale or distribution on a large scale, i ask that you credit me as the artist.

• you have every right to cancel a commission at any time for any reason, but you will only be refunded 50% of what was paid due to compensation for material and/or time spent.

• if refund is asked for before material is ordered or any time is spent on a piece you will be refunded 90% of what was paid, as a compensation for time spent communicating with commissioner and planning cost.

• if you would like anything changed you can certainly do so if done in a timely manner, i cannot change anything past the sketch phase of an image, or the prototype patterning phase of a plush unless it is a simple detail i know can be fixed, i will let you know if it can be.

My Rights And Responsibilities As The Artist:

• i have every right to refuse a commission if it is against my terms of service or physically cannot do said commission either because of moral reasons or any other reason

• i will send work in progress photos during each phase of production and at commissioners request

• i will refund anyone who has asked me to within a week of asking

• if any questions arise i will gladly answer

What i Will do

• intricate pieces

• pieces containing more than 5 characters

• both human and animal portraits

• Anthropomorphic art

• character design

• physical prints

• physical paintings

• digital drawings/paintings

• jumbo stuffed toys

• complex stuffed toys

What i will NOT do

• NSFW

• Erotic pieces

• Adult situations

• Excessive gore

Commissioner liability ( for physical prints or plush toys)

once the piece has been shipped it is no longer my responsibility aside from tracking, i will send those details once i have them. i will not be held responsible for any damage occurring in transit, i will do repairs but there will be a fee and the commissioner will be responsible for shipping.

Payment

payment is accepted either in full, before or after the sketch, i may even alow for partial payment before work has begun and after sketch completion. after sketch has been finished you will only recieve a %50 refund to compensate me for my time and energy, as well as the commission slot.

I accept payment through Pay-Pal, Cash-app, and Venmo. alternatives like money order, and gift cards will not be accepted this is too protect both you the commissioner and me the artist from fraud. i will only ever ask you too pay through "Goods, and Services",
