1. Independent Application RD Tracker is an independent utility tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to India Post or any government entity.

2. Data Collection and Usage To provide portfolio analytics, the app acts as a secure, pass-through client to fetch the agent's authorized data from the DOP portal. • DOP Credentials: We DO NOT permanently store your DOP portal password on our servers. It is used strictly for real-time authentication and data synchronization during your active session. • Personal Data: We collect your phone number and name strictly for account creation, secure login, and account recovery.

3. Data Security All data transmitted between your device and our servers is encrypted in transit using industry-standard SSL/TLS encryption.

4. Account Deletion Users retain full control over their data. You can permanently delete your RD Tracker account, preferences, and cached ledger data at any time by navigating to Profile > Account Privacy > Delete App Account within the app.
