**Last updated: 6 July 2026**
This Privacy Policy explains how DARWIN TECHNOLOGY L.L.C ("we," "us," "our") collects, uses, and protects information in connection with the **Recover Deleted Messages – RDM** Android application (package `recovermessages.restoredeleteddata.recoverdata.notifyme`) (the "App").
By installing or using the App, you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. How the App works (and what stays on your device)
The App helps you recover messages and media that other apps have deleted. It does this by reading incoming notifications on your device through Android's Notification Access service and saving their content locally.
**Recovered messages, media, and notification content never leave your device.** They are stored only in the App's local storage on your phone, are not transmitted to our servers, and are not shared with us or any third party. You can view this content in the App and choose to save it to your device. Uninstalling the App or clearing its data removes this locally stored content.
We do not read, upload, or otherwise access the actual content of your messages, chats, photos, videos, or statuses.
2. Information we collect
To keep the App working reliably and to improve it, we collect limited **analytics and diagnostic data**, which is sent to our own server at `rdmpulse.tech`. This data describes how the App is used and how it performs — not the content of your communications.
2.1 Usage and diagnostic events
- **Screen views** — which screens or tabs you open (e.g., onboarding, manage apps, paywall, permissions).
- **Recovery actions** — that a message or media recovery event occurred (an event marker only; never the recovered content itself).
- **Onboarding steps** — including app-selection choices during setup.
- **Purchases** — paywall views, purchase attempts, and purchase success/cancellation outcomes.
- **Advertising events** — ad requests, fills, impressions, clicks, displays, closes, and rewards.
- **App health** — crashes, ANRs (freezes), and background/service interruptions (for example, the notification listener being killed on some Xiaomi, Oppo, or Vivo devices).
- **Session activity** — App open and close events.
2.2 Device information
- **Pseudonymous device ID** — a hashed identifier (SHA-256 of your device's `ANDROID_ID` combined with the App's package name). The raw `ANDROID_ID` is never sent.
- **Manufacturer / OEM** — e.g., Xiaomi, Oppo, Samsung.
- **Device model.**
- **Android version** (SDK level).
- **OEM skin version** — e.g., MIUI, ColorOS, One UI, Magic UI.
- **App version.**
- **Locale** — country, language, and time zone.
3. Information we do NOT collect
We do not collect or transmit:
- Your name, email address, or phone number;
- The content of your messages, chats, photos, videos, or statuses;
- Your raw `ANDROID_ID` or other raw hardware identifiers;
- Your contacts, call logs, or precise (GPS) location.
4. How your data is transmitted and secured
Analytics data is **batched** and sent to `rdmpulse.tech` over an encrypted connection. Each batch is **signed using HMAC-SHA256** to protect its integrity in transit. We apply reasonable technical measures to protect the data we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Advertising
The App is supported by advertising. We use **Google AdMob** as our primary ad provider, and AdMob mediation to serve ads from the following additional partner networks:
- AppLovin
- Mintegral
- Pangle (ByteDance)
- Unity Ads
- Liftoff (Vungle)
These providers may collect and use certain information — such as your device's advertising identifier and ad-interaction data — to serve and measure ads, subject to their own privacy policies:
- Google AdMob: https://policies.google.com/privacy
- AppLovin: https://www.applovin.com/privacy/
- Mintegral: https://www.mintegral.com/en/privacy/
- Pangle: https://www.pangleglobal.com/privacy/enduser-en
- Unity Ads: https://unity.com/legal/game-player-and-app-user-privacy-policy
- Liftoff (Vungle): https://liftoff.io/privacy-policy/
You can limit ad tracking at any time in **Android Settings → Google → Ads** (for example, "Delete advertising ID" or "Opt out of Ads Personalization").
6. Purchases
In-app purchases and subscriptions are processed by **Google Play Billing**. We do not receive or store your payment card details. We record only non-payment analytics events (such as paywall views and purchase outcomes), as described in Section 2. Google's handling of your payment information is governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
---
7. Data sharing
We do not sell your personal information. Analytics and device data described in Section 2 is sent to our own server (`rdmpulse.tech`). Aside from the advertising and billing providers described above, we do not share the data we collect with other third parties, except where required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of our users or us.
---
8. Data retention and deletion
We retain analytics and device data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, after which it is deleted or aggregated.
Content recovered by the App is stored only on your device; you can delete it at any time by removing it within the App, clearing the App's data, or uninstalling the App.
To request deletion of the analytics data associated with your device, contact us at **tap2funinc@gmail.com**, including your device's pseudonymous ID or a description of your request. We will respond within a reasonable period and as required by applicable law.
---
9. Children's privacy
The App is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with information, please contact us and we will delete it.
10. Permissions the App uses
- **Notification access (Notification Listener)** — required to read incoming notifications so that deleted messages and media can be recovered. Content read this way stays on your device.
- **Storage / media access** — to save recovered media and statuses to your device at your request.
- **Internet / network access** — to load ads and send analytics.
Actual permissions may vary by App version and Android version.
11. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights over your personal data:
- **EEA / UK (GDPR):** rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating, securing, and improving the App and — for advertising — your consent where required.
- **California (CCPA / CPRA):** rights to know, delete, correct, and opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. We do not sell your personal information.
To exercise any right, contact **tap2funinc@gmail.com**. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
---
12. International data transfers
We operate from the United Arab Emirates and may process data on servers located in other countries. Where required, we take steps to ensure appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers of personal data.
---
13. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, through in-app notice. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
