(άδειες λειτουργίας )
Requirements to be Met
In principle, the regulation stipulates that the premises must have the minimum number of extinguishers based on the type and quantity of combustible materials present, determined from the fire load estimation. Additionally, it must be ensured and verified that the requirements specified in the fire table are met according to the use and risk of the premises, which outlines comprehensive and specific conditions of situation, construction, and termination.
Implementation Procedure
A thorough examination of the premises is conducted to assess the type and quantity of combustible materials present, which are used to calculate the fire load. All fire-fighting and signaling components such as extinguishers, hydrants, signage, emergency lights, and others are inspected.
Finally, compliance with the conditions specified in the fire regulations is verified. Additionally, the adequacy of evacuation routes for the number of individuals frequenting the premises, known as the occupancy factor, is also assessed. (πιστοποιητικό ηλεκτρολόγου )
